A man was charged today with fatally stabbing a 3-year-old girl at a clothing factory in downtown Los Angeles earlier this week, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced.
Ricardo Utuy (dob 6/7/82) was charged in case BA451497 with one count each of murder and attempted murder as well as a special allegation that Utuy personally used a deadly and dangerous weapon, a knife. He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Department 30 of the Foltz Criminal Justice Center.
