  • Woman Serving Life Without Parole Gets New Trial

    A Riverside Superior court judge granted a woman (our client) who allegedly shot her husband a new trial.  She had been serving a sentence of Life Without the Possibility of Parole (LWOP). We alleged that the prosecution failed to turn over exculpatory evidence required by Brady v. Maryland.  The deputy district attorney and the judge agreed. Read On
