Coworker Charged With Killing Retired Cal State Fullerton Administrator on College Campus; What Was He Thinking?

The Orange County prosecutor charged a 51-year-old Huntington Beach man with lying in wait and fatally stabbing an administrator at Cal State University, Fullerton. 

Fifty one year old, Chuyen Van Vo has been charged with stabbing his co-worker,  Steven Shek Keung, in a CSUF parking lot around 8:30 a.m. Monday. Surveillance video captured the attacker as he escaped. Fullerton police released still photos of surveillance footage and a sketch of the suspect in order to identify him. 

Vo faces a minimum sentence of life without the possibility of parole. In other words, he will never, ever be released.
