I saddens me terribly to hear Tom Sizemore suffered a brain aneurysm and is in critical condition in a hospital  I represented Tom Sizmore several years ago when he allegedly violated probation.  Unfortunately, his probation violation came at a time when the courts criminalized drug addiction.  Today, he might have received treatment and would never have served time in prison; the laws changed and the criminal justice system has a better understanding that people suffering from drug addition need treatment and help, not prison.  I found Tom be be personable, bright, and talented.  He loved to act and had incredible acting abilities.  I wish him a speedy recovery and will keep him in my prayers.
